Tower Hotel London Restaurant
Excellent service and view, only critisism would be the flavoured butter. Would have preferred normal butter with my bread.

In the 4-star Tower Hotel on the north bank of the River Thames, The Brasserie offers authentic European cuisine. Stunning views of Tower Bridge and Tower of London can be seen either from the al fresco terrace or the contemporary dining room.
The truly innovative Brasserie menu features unusual yet tasty combinations of flavours. Salmon is seared with a coriander-seed rub and served with a zesty lemon-scented cous cous and creative lime cream. Juicy roasted rump of lamb comes with a ricotta and lemon polenta cake, minted peas and broad beans and a flavoursome thyme jus. For dessert, an indulgent and fruity yoghurt and mascarpone cream comes with summer berries and an imaginative minted-grape compote.
The minimalist style of The Brasserie dining room gives full impact to the spectacular views seen through floor-to-ceiling windows. Cocktails are served in the cosy Xi bar, where the neutral colour palette is continued.
